Square65These terms cover your use of Square65, including its website, account, SDK, Local AI app, and computer network features. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.
Early-access service
Square65 is an evolving service. Features may change, be interrupted, or be unavailable. Supported workloads and computer availability vary. Square65 does not promise a job will run, finish by a particular time, or run faster by using more computers. Keep your own copies of important files and results.
Your account and computers
Keep your sign-in details and one-time recovery key safe. You are responsible for activity under your account. Only connect computers you own or have clear permission to use. A computer owner can pause or disconnect it at any time. A browser-based connection is not hardware attestation and does not guarantee a computer is secure.
Apps and job inputs
Review each website's requested permissions before approving it. You can revoke website access from your account. Apps you authorize may submit supported computation. Inputs assigned to another computer may be visible to that computer and its owner. Do not submit secrets, personal data, or material you are not permitted to share unless you accept that exposure.
Square65 Local AI runs model inference in your browser. Choosing Use Square65 is optional and shares embeddings with computers you trust; it does not distribute the model inference itself. Embeddings can reveal information about the text they represent.
Acceptable use
Do not use Square65 to break the law, interfere with the service or another person's computer, bypass permissions, distribute malware, or submit work you do not have the right to process. Do not attempt to access another account, computer, or workload without authorization.
Service changes and termination
You may stop using Square65 and revoke website permissions at any time. We may suspend or limit access when needed to protect users, computers, or the service, or to address misuse. Some information may remain for security, operational, or legal reasons as described in the Privacy Notice.
No warranty
To the extent allowed by law, Square65 is provided on an “as available” basis without a promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for a particular task. These terms do not remove rights that cannot legally be waived.
